A homeless woman who reportedly exposed herself to others at Moffett School has now been scheduled for an August 6 felony disposition docket in Sequoyah County District Court.
Destiny M. Seladones, 27, was charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication on April 29 and could face up to 10 years or a fine of up to $20,000, or both, if convicted.
Sequoyah County Sheriff ’s deputy Jeremy Walters reported on the afternoon of April 23, he was contacted by an administrator with Moffett School who stated there was a female on school grounds acting erratically.
The school administrator said when he confronted the woman and told her to leave, she took off walking down the highway. The administrator said she was then almost struck by two vehicles while “swinging her top around.” At that time, she was topless and exposing her breasts, while banging on doors, according to the probable cause affidavit filed in the case.
Walters made contact with the woman and when he asked for her name, she told him that she “had not made a name yet.” The woman then identified herself as Seladones.
The deputy stated that he believed Seladones might be under the influence of an intoxicant and asked if she’d done any illegal drugs. Seladones reportedly admitted to doing drugs the night before, according to the affidavit.
