If you’re living with Type 2 diabetes, struggling with insulin resistance or simply looking to improve your overall health, the Diabetes Undone program offers a valuable opportunity to take charge of your wellbeing.
This free 11-session course provides practical strategies to help reverse insulin resistance, lower blood sugar levels and support weight loss — all through lifestylebased, research-supported methods.
Managing diabetes can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. Whether you’ve been diagnosed, are at risk or want to adopt a healthier lifestyle, this class is designed to benefit people at any stage of their health journey.
Each session begins at 5:30 p.m. with a light, plant-based meal featuring recipes from the Plant-to-Plate cookbook, which will be given free to participants who attend at least 8 of the 11 classes. Additional recipes served during the program will also be shared.
Participants attending at least eight sessions will also receive a free Diabetes Undone workbook as part of the program.
Sponsored by the Native Ministries Department of the Oklahoma Conference, this proven program combines education, community support and practical tools to help reduce insulin resistance, improve glycemic control and enhance overall vitality.
