It was a banner day for Muldrow Bulldog track athlete Teaguen Collins at the Heavener Invitational track meet, which took place April 1 at Harvey Stadium.
Collins scored all 24 points for the Bulldogs, who finished seventh in the team standings. Collins won the high jump (6-4), was second in the 200-meter dash (22.65 seconds), was fourth in the 100-meter dash (11.43 seconds) and was fifth in the long jump (19-4).
One other Muldrow track athlete placed as Kilah Ellingberg was sixth in the high jump (4-6).
At the season-opening meet of the 2025 season, the Clark Bass Invitational on March 28 at McAlestger’s Hook-Eales Stadium, Collins won two gold medals, winning the 200-meter dash (23.09 seconds) and the high jump (6-4), while finishing second in the 400-meter dash (52.19) and fifth in the long jump (19-0.5).
For the Lady Bulldogs in the McAlester meet, Genna Stephenson won the 3,200-meter run (14:12.22) and was runner- up in the 1,600-meter run (6:42.96).
London Hardin was fourth in the 400-meter dash (1:11.27), Emma Fields was fourth in the 3,200-meter run (14:54.04) and eighth in the 1,600-meter run (6:42.96), Tiphany Martinez was fifth (3:02.06) and Gracie Prewett was eighth (3:09.75) in the 800-meter run.
In the Clark Bass Junior High Invitational track meet on March 27 at Hook-Eales Stadium, two Muldrow junior high track athletes earned medals at the Clark Bass Junior High Invitational, which took place March 27 at Hook-Eales Stadium.
Lilac-Grace Wilsey was second in the 100-meter hurdles and the 300-meter hurdles, while placing fifth in the long jump.
Koda Flynn was runner- up in the 800-meter run and was fourth in the 1,600-meter run.
Crystal Harrison was fourth in the 800-meter run and fifth in the 1,600-meter run, Zay-lenny Williams was fifth in the 400-meter dash, Linux Pigg was sixth in the 400-meter dash and Susan Seltzer was sixth in the 400-meter dash.
