VINITA — Several Brushy Wrestling Club members placed at the 2025 Vinita Super Hornet Tournament, which took place Jan. 4 Rylan Henry was the champion at 80 pounds in the age 10-andyounger division, while Abel Glover (70 pounds) was second in the same division.
Hayley Bentley won the title at 98-104 pounds in the girls age 12-and-younger division, while Gipsee Reed took second at 125-135 pounds in the same division.
Brushy Wrestling Club grabbed the top two spots at 130 pounds in the girls 8-andyounger division as Jessie Bentley went undefeated at 3-0 to take the gold, while Reagan Cupit went 2-1 to get second place.
Avis Lamp placed twice as she was third at 62-67 pounds in the girls age 10-and-younger division, while placing fourth at 67 pounds in the open age 10-andyounger division.
Kruz Means took fourth at 55 pounds in the age 6-and-younger division.
In the age 8-andyounger division, Kutter Means went 3-1 at 75 pounds, while Isaac Glover went 2-1 at 70 pounds.
Rocklyn Johnson went 2-1 at 110-117 pounds, while Rebel Bentley went 1-1 at 126 in the girls age 15-andyounger division.
Patrick Fletcher went 1-2 at 80 pounds in the age 12-and-younger division, Cooper Price went 1-1 at 80 pounds and Kipton Means lost both his matches at 140 in the age 15-andyounger division, Ruby Johnson went 1-2 at 6772 pounds in the girls age 8-and-younger division, while Tristan Price (55 pounds, age 10-andyounger division) and McKinley Cantrell (105, girls age 10-and-younger division) each lost all of their matches.
