Debbie Duque, 66, of Sallisaw, formerly of Fort Smith, Ark., died on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, in Sallisaw. She was born on Oct. 6, 1957, in Richmond, Va., to Charles Hosman and Lois Arlene (Clark) Davenport.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She worked in hospice, geriatric care and was a member of First Baptist Church in Fort Smith. She enjoyed cooking and music.

Survivors include her mother, of Roland; two brothers, Gary Hosman of Las Vegas and John Davenport of Fort Smith; one sister, Diane Hanna of Roland; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father.
