Baby Crawl and Toddler Race Oct. 12

Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library will be hosting a Baby/Toddler Fair from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday Oct. 12. In addition to a baby crawl and toddler race, newborn screenings will be given and local community groups will have booths giving information on health concerns for mothers and children along with samples such as vitamins with folic acid. The first 20 participants will receive a special care package.

Winners of the baby crawl and toddler race will receive diapers and baby board books provided by the Friends of the Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library. Sequoyah County Health Department, Cherokee WIC, Adventure Head Start and Embrace Grace Embrace Life are participating in the event. Door prizes include, diapers, burp clothes, onesies, caps crocheted by Bizzy Beez Crochet and more. Snacks will be provided.
