Funeral services for Nadine Oxford Edmonds, 82, of Muldrow, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.

Burial ill be at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mrs. Edmonds was born on Aug. 22, 1942, in Muldrow to Frank Oxford and Della (Smith) Oxford. She died on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, in Van Buren, Ark.

She was a retired lineworker from Rheem. She married Charles Robert Edmonds on Sept. 26, 1960, in Muskogee. He preceded her in death on March 8, 2013.

Survivors include one daughter, Brenda and Phil Colina of Muldrow; one sister, Charlene and Rick DeShazo of Spiro; three grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Florene Dunning, Jewel Jones and Mary Mitchell; and two brothers, Eldon Oxford and Jr. Oxford.
