Patricia Clark Mc-Cormick, 40, of Muldrow, died on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born on July 4, 1983, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Robert “Bob” Clark and Judy (Vaughan) Clark.

No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

She was a certified nursing assistant and caregiver.

Survivors include her husband, Harold McCormick Jr. of the home; four sons, Matthew Clark, Lane Holmes and Isiah Holmes, all of Northwest Arkansas, and Damon Vancepreghy of Cedarville, Ark.; one brother, Chris Clark of Northwest Arkansas; one sister, Anna Mohesky of Northwest Arkansas; her father, of Springdale, Ark.; and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother; and one son, Shyann Holmes.
