OHCE quilt winners announced

Sequoyah County OHCE has announced the winners of its 43rd annual quilt show, which was held at the Sequoyah County Fairgrounds on June 21.

Pat Taylor with the OHCE said proceeds from the event go back into the community for local and county projects.

“Some things we do are tooth fairy pillows for seven different schools, helping the Gore and Vian nursing homes, conduct sewing classes, assist with Catholic Charities, and more,” Taylor said.

Taylor would also like to thank everyone who attended the quilt show, including all the vendors, and those who helped with lunch.

Winners were as follows:
