Roland Youth League Wrestling members showed themselves well at the Rumble on the River Tournament, which took place Dec. 30 at Gore Event Center.

In the age 6-andyounger division, Gunner Crossno went 3-0, Kord Earnhart went 3-1, Bretley “Gage” Peters went 2-2 and Carson Conway came up short in his four matches.

Chipper Stubbs went 5-0 and Tye Richards went 2-1 in the novice age 8-and-younger division, while Richards went 1-1 in the open age 8-and-younger division.

Drew Simpson went 3-0 and Jerry Crossno went 1-2 in the novice age 15-and-younger division, while Kacen Copeland went 2-0 in the open age 12-andyounger division.

Sawyer Rainwater went 3-1 and Christian Goode went 1-3 in the open age 10-and-younger division, while Payton Sampley and Bowdrie Peters went 2-1, Kash Earnhart went 1-1 and Zaiden Jones Matthew McGhee and Rayen Talley competed but did not pick up any wins in the novice age 12-andyounger division.

Drew Schultz went 1-1 and Truex Goode went 1-2 in the open age 8-and-younger division, while Talon Richards competed but did not get wins in the novice age 10-and-younger division.

Ross Richards, Reed Richards and Noah Click competed in nonround robin matches but did not place in their respective division.
