Decil Lee Martin

April 25, 1938 – Aug. 14, 2023

Muldrow – Graveside services for Decil Lee Martin, 85, of Muldrow, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023, at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam, Ark., under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mr. Martin was born on April 25, 1938, in Rock Springs, Ark., to Claude Martin and Beulah (Beezley) Martin. He died on Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, in Muldrow.

He was an aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Air Force for 28 years.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel Martin of the home; one daughter, Karen and Eddie Schomburg of Fort Worth, Texas; three stepchildren, Randy and Angel Collins of Short, Glenda and Dale Harris of Beggs and Mary Jo and Brett Meadors of Spiro; several grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jerry and Dolan Martin; and three sisters, Virgey Norman, Velma Adams and Norma Jean Tollison.
