Walter Eugene Hawkins

Muldrow – Walter Eugene Hawkins, 78, of Muldrow, died on Monday, July 17, 2023, in Fort Smith, Ark. He was born on Oct. 1, 1944, in Lawton to Eugene Hawkins and Julia (Slosser) Caraway.
No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
He was a computer programmer and attended First Presbyterian Church in Sallisaw.
He married Margaret Hodges on Sept. 20, 1969, in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Hawkins of the home; one son, Paul Eugene Hawkins of Nashville, Tenn.; one daughter, Pamela JuenJert of Round Rock, Texas; one brother, Mark Hawkins of Denton, Texas; one sister, Polly O’Mally of Stillwater; and three grandchildren.
