Muldrow – Charles Edward ‘Chuck’ Homolka “The Tax Doctor” was born in Illinois on July 10, 1951, to Francis Odessa (Rogers) and Edward Homolka. He died on Monday, June 26, 2023, in Muldrow.
Mr. Homolka graduated from St. Xavier College in Illinois and also studied at Benedictine College. He was the owner/operator of C&H Associates which began in Muldrow and then moved to Fort Smith, Ark.
He was a member of the Arkansas Chess Association and an active member of the Fort Smith National Historic Site. He also enjoyed acting and was cast in many plays at the Fort Smith Little Theater.
Survivors are his beloved fur baby, Rusty; and a host of family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at TJ’s Burger Barn (formerly Blue Ribbon Diner) 900 E. Shawntel Smith Blvd., Muldrow from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023.
Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
