Brittany Hodak, a Roland High School graduate and native of Fort Smith, gave the commencement address at Roland High School’s graduation on May 19.
Hodak is an awardwinning entrepreneur, speaker and author who has delivered keynotes across the world to organizations including American Express and the United Nations.
She has published more than 300 articles for outlets, including Forbes, Adweek and Success magazine, and has appeared as an expert guest on news programs on NBC, CBS, CNN and CBC, among many others.
Entrepreneur magazine calls her “the ex- pert at creating loyal fans for your brand.” Hodak co-founded, scaled and successfully executed The Superfan Company, a fan engagement company whose roster included Walmart, Disney, Amazon, Katy Perry, Johnson & Johnson, Dolly Parton and many more.
She originated the role of Chief Experience Officer at Experience.com, and when she appeared on the hit TV show Shark Tank, she received six-figure offers from four of the five sharks.
Her first book, Creating Superfans, was released in bookstores in January 2023.
