Finis Warren Edwards and passed away on May 16, 2023 in Fort Smith, Ark.

She was married to Jackie Swaim. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2020.

Pat was a hairdresser and worked in retail where she was a top jewelry salesperson. She was very active in her community. She enjoyed her work at the Muldrow Senior Citizen Center and at the Election Board. She was a charter member of the Muldrow Cherokee Community Organization.

Pat loved spending time with her family, watching the St. Louis Cardinals and cheering on the O.U. Sooners.

Survivors are her mother, Bessie Edwards of Muldrow; daughter, Lisa Laney and Larry of Maple Community, Okla.; son, Jerry Dale Bledsoe of Muldrow; brother and sister-in-law, Larry Edwards and Charlotte of Muldrow; special cousin, Sheila Hudson of Muldrow; four grandchildren, James Bledsoe of Muldrow, Makayla Erwin of Fort Smith, Ark., Brayson Laney of Muldrow, and Patrick Bledsoe of Van Buren, Ark.; six great-grandchildren; nephew, Vince Edwards of Fort Smith; niece, Misty Bynum of Roland, Okla.; and several other cousin, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father. Active pallbearers were Larry Laney, Brayson Laney, James Bledsoe, Jerry Dale Bledsoe and Chauncey Foster.

Visitation was from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.

Muldrow – Funeral service for Patricia Swaim, 77, of Muldrow, Okla. was at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow. Burial followed at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Okla. under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
