Muldrow – Funeral services for Roger Daws, 72, of Muldrow, were at 11 a.m. Friday, May 12, 2023, at Liberty Assembly of God Church in Muldrow.

Burial was at Liberty Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Mr. Daws was born on May 29, 1950, in Blackjack to Carl Daws and Ermma (Henson) Daws. He died on Saturday, May 6, 2023, in Fort Smith, Ark.

He was a truck driver. He married Teresa Noland on Feb. 1, 1974, in Greenwood, Ark.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Daws of the home; one daughter, Regina Daws of Charleston, Ark.; two sons, Roger Daws Jr. and Billy Daws, both of Muldrow; three sisters, Janice Edwards of Nicut, Cindy Morris of Van Buren, Ark., and Debbie Morris of Poteau; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Randy Daws; and one sister, Brenda Chaffin.

Pallbearers were Dakota Daws, Aaron Martin, Preston Hall, Shane Rodriguez, Josh Spencer and Darlus Edwards.
