Members of the Roland FFA placed first in the State Rangeland Career Development Event held at Oklahoma State University, competing against other students from across the state in the competition. Students are required to identify flagged grasses, legumes, forbs, and woodies in the event and evaluate range sites for beef and quail quality and make recommendations to meet specified objectives set for the event. Team members are from the left, Blane Colwell, Graciee Wasson, Brandie Reese, and Wyatt Harvell. Graciee was also the third place individual in the state event.
