A Muldrow man who was incarcerated in the Sequoyah County Detention Center has been charged with two felony counts of battery/assault and battery on police officer, one felony count of prisoner placingbody fluid on government employee and criminal misdemeanor charges of acts resulting in gross injury/outraging public decency and resisting an officer following a reported assault at the jail.
