Man Takes Car from Impound Lot; Breaks into other Vehicles

A Moffett man has been charged with felony third-degree burglary and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property after reportedly taking a car from an impound lot in Muldrow, along with several bags of clothes and other items from four other vehicles.
