When I was young, I remember being ecstatic after being gifted a Rub-a-Dub Dolly who received a patchy haircut from me later on down the road, a Rubik’s Cube, an Andy Gibb T-shirt, Lincoln Logs, animals that included puppies, kittens and gerbils, and anything that went with the girl who had everything – Barbie. I had the town house, pink corvette, RV, horse and Ken.
